ELIspot试剂盒及研发试剂盒
ELISpot kits
R&D Systems公司ELISpot kits是高灵敏度、基于微孔板，检测细胞分泌细胞因子情况的试剂盒。ELISpot kits包含两种类型的产品：
1. 完整ELISpot Kits
完整ELISpot Kits是一种ready-to-run型的试剂盒，它包含了ELISpot实验所需的一列各种组分：
l 包被好的PVDF底96孔板
l 检测抗体
l Streptavidin-AP
l BCIP/NBT
l 阳性对照
l 稀释液
l 洗涤液
完整ELISpot Kits灵敏度高，可测定单个细胞的细胞分泌状况。使用ELISpot进行高通量检测的时候，仅需要少量的原代细胞。
2. ELISpot Development Modules
ELISpot Development Modules是进行ELISpot实验的另一种选择，由于一些实验需要研究者针对具体情况，比如细胞类型、细胞刺激条件、以及细胞稀释等，优化实验条件。抗体的不同稀释浓度、用何种酶和底物都会影响实验的最终结果。此时完整ELISpot就不是最佳的选择，而ELISpot Development Modules就成了最佳的选择。
Elispot Development Modules仅包含以下两种组分：
l 捕获抗体（Capture Antibody）
l 检测抗体（Detection Antibody）
此外，R&D Systems还有与ELISpot Development Modules配套的产品—ELISpot Blue Color Module，它包含以下组分：
l Streptavidin-AP
l BCIP/NBT
