PlusCellect™ Human CD44 Cell Enrichment Kit R&D Systems now offers a human CD44 PlusCellect Kit (Catalog # PLS4948) for the enrichment and identification of cells expressing CD44. Cells of interest are tagged with a biotinylated antibody followed by incubation with streptavidin-conjugated magnetic particles (Catalog # MAG999 or equivalent). CD44+ cells are isolated using any compatible magnet system (please see the data sheet for details). Following selection, the efficiency of enrichment can easily be assessed with the provided PE-conjugated detection antibody. Isolation of Human CD44+ Cells from Jurkat T Cells Spiked with U937 Cells. Human Jurkat T cells (CD44-) spiked with human U937 histiocytic lymphoma cells (CD44+) were stained with APC-conjugated anti-human CD3 (Catalog # FAB100A) and PE-conjugated anti-human CD44 antibodies before (A) or after (B) selection using the PlusCellect human CD44 Cell Enrichment Kit (Catalog # PLS4948).
