Fluorokine® MultiAnalyte Profiling
(MAP)试剂盒是一种悬液芯片试剂，利用它可以对50µl的血清、血浆或细胞上清样品进行多因子分析。其原理如下图所示：

图中的Beads上连有抗体，Beads本身可以发荧光，不同荧光的Beads带有不同的抗体，用于分析多因子，最终根据Beads的荧光信号和PE的荧光信号确定某种因子的水平。

Fluorokine® MAP需要与Luminex公司的Luminex100、Luminex200，Qiagen公司的LiquidChip或者BioRad公司的Bio-Plex仪器配合使用。

Fluorokine® MAP由基本试剂盒和待测分析物试剂盒构成，两者分别购买。

基本试剂盒（base kit）包括如下组分：

l          StandardCocktail

l          微球稀释液

l          生物素抗体稀释液

l          Calibrator稀释液

l          Streotavidin-PE

l          洗涤液

l          Filter-bottom微孔板

l          Mixing Bottles

l          板盖

待测分析物试剂盒（analyte kit）包括如下组分：
